I was delighted to be asked by the groom’s family to be their official Asian Wedding Photographer for this wonderful Asian wedding in Bolton. The brief was to capture their son, Mobeen, his friends and family as they celebrated all of the surprises of an evening event, which the bride’s family were hosting.
The special evening, part of three days of celebrations, began at Mobeen’s home with him and his family getting ready. The Batman and black tie theme which can be seen in Mobeen’s cufflinks and bowtie was very much part of the theme also for the following day’s celebrations.
Super cool friends and Mobeen were ready for his first surprise of the evening, which was his journey from home and along St Helens Road on horseback to the sound of beating drums at Bolton’s 3D centre. A calm white horse, beautifully dressed in red and gold really was the ultimate way to make an entrance.
Mobeen was then blindfolded ready for his next surprise to meet his beautiful bride Sara, who was waiting on a fairytale stage dressed by Eminence Events of Bolton. I was ready in just the right spot to capture the moment when the blindfold was taken away and it reminded me of the old, but still true adage – ‘a picture speaks a thousand words.’
It was an unforgettable evening from the warm welcome I received from the entire family and their friends to photographing the lovely couple, the beautifully decorated venue, jaw dropping cake and the intricately dressed wedding gifts.
As their Asian Wedding Photographer in Bolton for the evening, it really was picture perfect. I hope you agree xx
At Perfect Planner we’d highly recommend using Ruth from RTK photography as your Asian Wedding Photographer.
